Ten years in enterprise IT, then, after moving to New Zealand, real estate in Auckland. That gap is why I see AI differently: I understand both the paradigms of machines and the irrationality of people.

I apply AI where it actually earns its keep — in my property work, in niche industry tools, and in everyday life. Practicality first, no hype.
